Starting Monday, October 19, 2009, this page will list my daily exercise regime.

Ok. This plan was postponed because of some unexplainable reasons.

I start a 20-day extreme workout and diet regime from tomollow, Monday, February 15, 2010

Ok, this plan was also postponed… but I started today, Feb 23! Climbed 9 floors, 9 times and tweeted while I was at it. :)
